Botflix Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and JS Films LLC, the company that runs Botflix TV, Botflix Radioo and the Botflix network ("Botflix", "we", "us"). They apply when you watch or use botflix.tv, our live channels and streams, and our TV apps, including Botflix for Roku (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.
A free entertainment service
Botflix is a free entertainment service: 24/7 robot TV and radio. You don't need an account to watch on botflix.tv or in our Roku app, and we don't charge for viewing. Some features elsewhere on the network (for example, a newsletter, music submissions or separate sites and apps) may have their own terms, which apply alongside these.
Our content
The shows, music, video, artwork, logos, names and other material on the Services are owned by Botflix / JS Films LLC or used with permission. All shows and residents of Botropolis are fictional and AI-generated. You may watch and listen for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, rebroadcast, re-stream, record for distribution, sell or otherwise reuse our content or streams without our written permission. Sharing links to botflix.tv pages is welcome.
Acceptable use
Please don't:
- break the law or anyone else's rights while using the Services;
- re-stream, embed or redistribute our streams in other apps, sites or services without permission;
- interfere with, overload, scrape or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, our servers or our streams;
- use bots or automated tools to inflate viewer counts or otherwise misrepresent use of the Services;
- post or send anything unlawful, harassing, hateful or infringing through any interactive feature (such as live chat).
We may limit, suspend or block access for anyone who doesn't follow these terms.
No warranty
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". Live streams can drop, change or end, and we may change, pause or discontinue any channel, app or feature at any time. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Botflix and JS Films LLC won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Services. Because the Services are free, our total liability for any claim relating to them is limited to US $50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it, including when you watch through our TV apps.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date below. If you keep using the Services after an update, you accept the new terms.
